This does NOT seem like a sound revision. This act proposes to solve issues short term at the expense of greater and important ecological considerations. I even appreciate the current government and some of what's been done by the leadership, but this is NOT appreciated and extremely short sighted. Restoration of ecological system and endangered species takes so much time and effort that it's best to conserve what we have — not to mention the ethics of animal welfare.

This is whole act is concerning and very disappointing to read that it's been passed for a consideration.
