I am strongly opposed to…

I am strongly opposed to Bill 5, and to the bypassing of the elected legislature's authority over environmental matters, and replacing the Endangered Species Act. Bill 5 is begging to be exploited by favouritism& corruption and, as someone who is deeply committed to the conservation of our natural environment, I cannot accept the diminishment of the hardwon protections for native species. This is NOT the mandate I thought Doug Ford was seeking in the most recent election, and I find it unacceptable. The consequences of this foolish Bill will be devastating & irremediable.
