I have severe concerns about the scope of this bill and its consequences for Ontarian environments, First Nations Rights, and the rule of law entirely. There is no economic benefit more important than the safety of our biodiversity, our workers, and our First Nations. This is a shameful attempt at undermining fundamental rights by a premier who refuses to govern in accordance with Ontario’s actual needs and desires. Do not go through with this bill in the form it is now, and protect our economy in a way that doesn’t emulate the enemy Ford is trying to “defend” us from.
