"Special Economic Zones act"…

"Special Economic Zones act" is too broad, offering exemptions to too many laws, and having no clear definition of "trusted proponents". An act should not exist that supersedes the majority of provincial and municipal laws. It overrides democratic processes as well as ignoring regulations which all exist for a reason.
