Please reconsider this part of Bill 5 as it seriously I fringes on local democracy and is a dangerous precedent in regards to overriding local resident concerns. Additionally, where are the environmental safeguards? All these assaults on nature leave wildlife and ecosystems damaged and future generations impoverished. Please reconsider.
