The lack of accountability…

The lack of accountability in the designation of economic zones seems too broad.

What constitutes an economic zone?

What options are there for local constituents within the zone to review merit and impacts?
How are they protected from a negative outcome?

How quickly can a zone be developed and by whom? What guardrails exist as part of the development process. The Oak Ridges Moraine development issue seems like a past experience which could easily be pushed forward with the vagueness of this bill.

It feels very unfocused and vague. Unleashing in this proposal feels like there could be collateral damage, and parameters and structure are very much needed.
