With the way how fragile the environment is;The overconsumption and waste produced has increased so much. There is no need to pulverize more. There is also an issue with privatization. This will further separate the communities in Ontario by class. The rich or the poor. We already can’t afford proper housing in Toronto and the health care system cannot simply handle the influx population over the past few years. Further funding for specialized needs has been taken in to private sectors which the many cannot access. The gentrification of big cities like Toronto has lost its lustre of culture and public spaces for private property/ big businesses. Kicking out small business owners and those already living there for years. The number of private businesses over preservation and improvements to what we already have just lacks the consideration of its people and what it needs to make Ontario great.
