I am in favour of Bill 66. There have been too many restrictions and regulations imposed on municipalities regarding planning, zoning and development. Every decision or request by municipalities would have to be submitted to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing for approval, which I feel is important and offers a second level of verification.
