The provincial government cannot be allowed to arbitrarily decide that the duly passed laws that regulate its operation do not apply when it is inconvenient to the administration's prerogatives. This bill seeks to railroad unpopular government priorities through public dissent, and dismantle government accountability. It is a textbook case of government overreach and I oppose its implementation and goals in the strongest terms.
