The analysis of the “Regulatory impact analysis” is not accurate and this bill actually deregulate any hunting for fox. The comment that “ do not reduce any requirements for persons to possess the appropriate licenses or tags while fishing and hunting”, is inaccurate. This bill is actually removing requirements for hunters to obtain licenses for hunting fox. Why is this? What is it about foxes that makes it so unimportant to get a license? Just because it’s not very common to do, thankfully, doesn’t mean that it shouldn’t be regulated! That just doesn’t make any sense! And the fact that this government removed legislation that banned the expansion of “penned hunting” using dogs is obscene, I see this as an extension of that move and thereby making fox hunting going totally under the radar. Why has our government turned away from protecting fox from cruelties? does our government want to remove Penning in animals- FOXES and having them hunted by dogs is absolutely disgusting and now the government wants to give people who do this free range without any licensing oversight? What!!?!? , This makes no sense! Just because fox licenses aren’t very common is no valid reason not to require them. That’s just illogical.
