Comment with respect to the Proposed Regulation - As of-right Variations from Setback Requirements:

This policy initiative should be expanded to include other performance standards on residential lots for dwellings containing 4 units or less, accessory dwelling units, and accessory structures for height, length, gross floor area, lot coverage and landscaping requirements.

This change would limit the number of applications requiring consideration by the Committee of Adjustment to those proposals that may significantly impact on the existing physical character of the neighbourhood or the public realm, for determination if the proposal is a desirable development.
