I agree to the transfer of beach area 1 and 2 with a caveat that the town can NEVER restrict the public from enjoying the beach. This includes the access to the sand and the water. Our current council seems to be endlessly studying access to a part of Allenwood/ New Wasaga beach that was historically left to the public but now all of a sudden has become the private property of one of Wasaga's councilor's mother. So now while it's being "studied" access is denied and enforced by the OPP. We do not want to see this ever happening to Beach 1 and 2 or any other beach in this jurisdiction.
Nobody should ever be able to own a whole beach. Own your house and the land around it but not the sand and water. This belongs to all Canadians.
