I am totally against the proposal to transfer Wasaga beach lands to the town of Wasaga.
I really do not believe that the town will properly handle the development and that the average family will be able to afford a nice day at the beach. I think the pricing will go sky high for the so called tourist. We, as in Ontarian’s would all be treated as “Tourists”. I think we all should have access to the beach with our families without having to pay gouging prices!
