I wish to unequivocally support this request to the MZO. Hamilton desperately needs social housing to help mitigate the distress of those in need of such, and for the greater good of this community.
If CN's objections to this housing proposal is based on anticipated noise complaints, all potential tenants would be required to sign a waiver stating they are aware of CN's shunting operations and will relinquish all right to complain about it.
