Just wow. In a city full of homeless people we have to explain why this would be beneficial ? Of course an MZO is necessary asap if it means less people in public spaces trying to survive with no shelter.

I am requesting that you please consider the MZO for Jamesville in Hamilton. We need affordable housing NOW! Just down the street at our church, Christ's Church Cathedral 252 James N, we host a drop in for people without housing. We see 150 people daily. They are desperate for housing.

I've lived in Hamilton for about 10 years now, and I believe that area of the city has been abandoned since even before then. It's definitely a great area to build housing and fix, and considering we live in a housing crisis it's a no brainer to use that area for development!
The minister must prioritize and fast-track affordable housing at the partially demolished townhouse complex on Strachan Street from Bay St. N to James St. N.

Hamilton desperately needs affordable housing. Using existing land and structure makes sense as a landing space for this project. Please push this proposal through.
