why not? Why not build housing for our city on property already designed to house a beautiful little neighbourhood? Why not invest in maybe the North End/Bay Front area more beautiful and vibrant? Why not make a place for families and children to play and grow up? Why leave a lot full of potential and opportunity boarded up and rotting away?
