Dear Minister, I strongly support building housing at 405 James Street North. Hamilton is in a housing crisis and people are waiting years for homes, and many are living in unsafe or unstable situations.
This site is perfect: close to transit, services, and community amenities. Every delay means more families struggling without a secure place to live.
Please move this project forward quickly so we can turn underused land into much-needed homes in the heart of our city.
