As a long-time resident of Hamilton, I strongly support the development of housing on this property. This is an excellent opportunity to model partnerships between different types of housing developers (private, not for profit, and municipal), and to demonstrate how triple P development (public private partnerships) can rejuvenate properties.

The unnecessary delays that have been brought about by CN Rail are resulting in increasing costs to complete the project. The support of the Ministry to help expedite the planning process would be extremely helpful.
