This area is desperately needing development to provide much needed housing for Hamiltonians.
The number of unhoused people in Hamilton is deplorable.
This land could provide affordable housing for so many.
Everyone deserves a safe place to live and have their dignity restored.
I'm very frustrated with my tax dollars being used to fund refugees being housed in hotels when existing citizens are sleeping on the streets.
