I believe that it is imperative for the future of Hamilton's waterfront, north end and downtown core communities as well as the soul of this city that this project is allowed to move forward. As with all communities, there is very much a need for mixed use housing, filling some of the gaps of the missing middle, as well as a need to density and not spread outside our urban boundaries. The infrastructure is in place. The population density is in place. Plans are in place. Let's get this done and move forward.
