This housing complex should not be left sitting in ruins in the middle of our neighbourhood. It should be made into housing as soon as possible. As someone who lives a block away, CN should not be able to block housing being built there, as there is an entire neighbourhood surrounding it. While I would prefer stacked townhouses to a high rise, both options are better than it sitting in disrepair. It is a blight on the entire neighbourhood and unsafe, as un-housed people are clearly living in there. The north end is an amazing family orientated neighbourhood and new housing would add value to our neighbourhood.
