I fully support this proposal. As a recreational climber from Montréal now living in Toronto, I have been climbing to the Devil's Glen once and been dreaming about it since! I will come back as soon as possible.The quality and beauty of the rock and surrounding nature are astonishing, a real gem for the region.
Rock climbers are the best stewards of nature as they will cherish their local crag as if it was their home. Having climbing as a recognized activity by the park would make the site safer for all users, as recurring vandalism of bolts and crag accesses from a park neighbour currently pose safety risks to climbers and other users (chopped bolts, filling of gullies with cut trees and branches).
