Thank you so much for this proposed amendment to formally bring climbing onboard as a recognized activity in Devil's Glen. As a climber who has visited Devil's Glen and numerous other cliffs around Ontario, I can say that access to our province's natural spaces complicated for rock climbers for many years, but the community is strong, cohesive, and the vast majority are conscientious stewards of the lands they visit. Local and regional volunteer groups, such as the Ontario Alliance of Climbers, embody this ethos of mindful access. I and others like me welcome the opportunity to work with land managers to incorporate climbing in more provincial parks.
