I have completed programs with National Outdoor Leadership School and Outward Bound. I am certified in Leave No Trace and as a Regulated Healthcare Practitioner, I advocate for the importance for recreational activities in Nature for mental and physical health.
Southern Ontario has limited access to important outdoor activities such as rock climbing. Please ensure our public continues to have access to these areas.
