This Bill is completely unnecessary and wrong-headed on many levels. It essentially condones killing animals because we don't like the appearance of how they live. What's next? Shall we have open hunting season on other aesthetically-challenged creatures? Have you ever seen the entrance to a fox's den in winter? It's pretty disgusting, too. Should we kill all foxes?
Who dreams up this stuff?
