I do not support allowing treated wastewater from Searchmont Ski Resort to be discharged into the Goulais River. Even treated effluent can impact water quality, aquatic life, and the overall ecosystem over time. The river is an important natural resource that should be protected from any potential contamination. The province should explore safer, more sustainable wastewater management options that don’t risk harming this watershed.
