Should this proposal pass... along with the quarry blasting, how does the province intend on dealing with the loss of drinkable water should something disastrous happen?
Not only is this a terrible for the environment, home values will drop, farmland destroyed, people will lose everything and with this housing crisis where can they go?
The infrastructure (roads) cant handle the influx of traffic down Hwy10, roads will be jammed with dump trucks. There's no lights on many intersection between Hwy 9 and Hwy 89. Many accidents occur already as traffic has quadrupled because of all the new housing north of 89. Adding more dump trucks will just make things worse.
This isnt a decision to be made lightly. Please Doug Ford and Sylvia Jones listen to your constituents.
We cant let out of town companies destroy dufferin county.
