I strongly feel that the Act should not be changed as it diminishes vulnerable species at risk in Ontario. The Endangered Species Act should be added to and not removing more species from it, to enable developers to come in and destroy natural habitats. We are being bombarded with new Acts while the old Acts are removed to make it easier for destruction of natural areas. Leave the existing ACTS ALONE. Noone seems to listen to the Public as Public Consultation lately has had NO VOICE. I hope through this Public Consultation process this proposed Act will not go any further and protection to Conservation, Species at Risk and Vulnerable areas continue to be protected!
