I was horrified to hear of this proposal. It is hard to believe in this day and age that this would even be an idea never mind an action. Cormorants seem to be disliked by many people but it doesn’t mean they need to be slaughtered or used for target practice especially in breeding season where they share habitat with other species. Unbelievable. I am so ashamed that the Ontario government would do this.
Please do not allow this to happen.
