We need walkable and bikeable cities! I live on bloor and I will often go to restaurants like banjara and sit at their patio. I see how much value patios bring to the community and I see how necessary bike lanes are, and these are the reasons I live here; I love the community and I don’t feel afraid for my safety. It would be dangerous *and* less efficient to remove bike lanes anywhere, for more traffic lanes or otherwise, and I believe all municipalities should have the option to have patios and bike lanes if they want them.
