I speak as an Ontarian resident and voter, this Bill will overreach municipal governments' decisions , and will not fix congestion. Your own government documents even suggests that more car lanes will not fix congestion, and that reducing lanes alleviates congestion. If no municipalities build more bike and bus lanes, and congestion only increases, then your governments' "common sense" ideology has failed.
Please reconsider this and think twice before moving forward this bill.
