I fully support eliminating minimum lot sizes on fully serviced lots. It would allow for smaller housing forms that can accommodate families. It could help bring land costs down by getting more houses on what otherwise would be a larger single family home. It would also provide the opportunity to add density with innovative housing forms that aren’t apartment buildings.
