Bill 60 would essentially act as a ban on new bike lanes across the province if they remove a lane of vehicle traffic - which is how you'd add a bike lane; we should be looking towards complete streets with multi-modal lanes which allows people to choose how they want to go around the city safely. Bike lanes ensures the safety of everyone including drivers as bikers have a designated lane.
