I think this should not be allowed, it is the stupidest thing I ever heard of. That river produces a ton of different species of fish that flows into lake Superior. I can not believe environmental Canada would even think of doing this! The are other means of sewage systems that would be much more environmentally friendly! Please , do not let this go through. Our Great Lakes are polluted enough!
