Passenger service needs to be offered between Northbay and Toronto . Former rider numbers declined because of changes to the schedule , late and delayed trains and lack of advertising .,Freight was obviously the priority. Timely daily commuter and weekend services should be offered with the option of adding cars when overbooked .
