I personally feel that the density and building height as expressed in the Oakville Town's OPA in GO train location (Mid Town) is more than adequate. TOC is a bloated and 'overcrowding' and money grabbing development proposal. Only 1 bidder (Distrikt) allowed this "extravagance"?? Shameful; check out developer history. One principal in past bankrupcy?
Build what is needed; affordable housing!!
