1. For the love of Pete, please stop building a glut of condos. Infrastructure will not be any to haven’t that many cars.
2. Look at the condo bust in Toronto. Learn from it. The people buying these units pre-build will be selling before they are completed. This will ruin economy.
3. Condos in 1990s were 1000sqft. Now they are averaging under 500sqft. If you build these units, do please NOT build such small units. No one deserves to be squished into such a horribly small space for exorbitant fees.
