I challenge all the persons proposing this monstrous development to experience the traffic congestion NOW in the Trafalgar Road and Cross Avenue intersection between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM on week days.
I haven't seen any proposals for expanding the roads in the area to accommodate additional traffic. Also, considering the Oakville Go station is the 2nd busiest in the GO network, how will the added passenger loads be accommodated? This development will not be an island so the surrounding infrastructure needs to be assessed and upgrades planned and funding guaranteed BEFORE proceeding with forcing this development on Oakville and its current residents.
