As a concerned resident of Oakville, building several multistory buildings the size being proposed (i.e. in the 50+ floor range) will create problems for our infrastructure in the area and across the town itself. The size should be significantly reduced (i.e 10-20 floor range) and in keeping with the characteristics of the area- i.e. low rises and surrounding areas which are single family residential. I also think it is inappropriate to use a Minister's Zoning Order to override the Town's wishes in the area.
