Merging Lakehead Region…

Merging Lakehead Region Conservation Authority with other authorities in southern Ontario doesn’t feel proper. Thunder Bay doesn’t have the same concerns as areas in the south.
Instead why doesn’t the government create the framework in which all the Conservation authorizes are governed, as it seems that the issue is different policies and procedures at all the different authorities.
