This is a poorly thought of plan by a government who does not understand environmental pr regional differences in this province. If they think they will save money, they are wrong. And more important it is not always about money. An example is the decision to axe the LHINs. An expensive mess issued. Negatively impacting healthcare. The same future awaits the conservation authorities. Stop this nonsense.
