I agree with HCA’s statement re ERO. Local is best in governance. Years of successful leadership and administration should not be undermined by a change. HCA has a proven track record. Why would anyone even think of re-inventing the wheel? It makes no fiscal sense and would only cost money, frustration and loss of local support.
