This makes zero sense when thinking about protecting our environment. Why would we exempt a business from reporting if they've changed their practice and are now meeting the thresholds? Sorry, but you are exceeding thresholds and need to be accountable for this!
And why would we not require companies to review their plans? What if a new technology comes out? What if new science comes out? They need to be held accountable!
I'm putting this in on behalf of myself and my future children.
Please remove this from your proposed bill 66.
