I am Ramara resident. My household has 3 concerns about this proposal:

1) increased industrial traffic along a busy stretch of the 169, we already see backups from Washago that extend past east river road from the traffic light in Washago, we have numerous accidents at the off and on ramps from the 169 to hiway 11. We are also seeing more people walking and cycling along this 169 stretch into Washago. More industrial traffic is not feasible, not safe for this growing community.

2) water and run off from this location is directly connected to the Black River and other wetlands. We swim and fish in the Black River, and this river system supports significant wildlife. Industrial development at this site puts humans and our heavily used and environmentally significant river system at risk.

3) there are Blandings turtles at this location which are a protected species

Please consider the overall human and ecosystem impact of this site. We do not support development at this location.
