This was a terrible idea when first proposed and should have been scrapped. But, since it is going ahead, the conditions are reasonable and appropriate to ensure decent spaces are still provided.
We need parklands, especially as density increases and we move away from homes with private backyards.
If they are 'privately owned' spaces, can they be taken away? Who ensures that the lands are well maintained?
