Subject: Submission Regarding ERO 026-0305 – Proposed Changes to Various Regulations Under the Planning Act to Facilitate Electronic Submission and Electronic Notice

On behalf of the City of Brampton, thank you for the opportunity to comment on ERO 026-0305.
The City supports the proposed amendments. The changes appear administrative in nature and align with current municipal practices that increasingly rely on digital submission, circulation, and notice processes. The proposal may help improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary administrative burden within the planning approvals system.
