CRM of Canada supports the Ministry’s proposed amendments under the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2016 (RRCEA), including changes to the Tires Regulation (O. Reg. 225/18). These amendments strengthen the Individual Producer Responsibility (IPR) framework and reinforce Ontario’s leadership in the circular economy.
