The Township of Southgate is pleased to submit the following comments for ERO 026-0305:
The Township supports the proposed changes to remove an original/certified copies of materials for submission to the Ministry. The Township would point out that electronic notices are already applicable in the noted Ontario Regulations (O-Regs) for various planning applications. The Township has been utilizing this feature for some time to notify MMAH of applications and decisions.
