It is concerning that Building Homes and Improving Transportation Infrastructure Act, 2026 may pass prior to the deadline for public comments. I am concerned if people without internet will lose access to original or certified copy. I am supportive of less paper if there is strong tools in place to maintain archives and it is accessible under FOI legislation.
