Bill 98 is a dangerous overreach of the government's power.
Specifically, the aspects of this bill that remove the ability for municipalities to require environmental standards in developments and those that pave the way for private investment in water must be struck down. This government is seeking to privatize to benefit shareholders, rather than the public.
